Additional Requirements

This position will be responsible for achieving sales target and profitable growth of assigned territory.

Achieve the sales target in terms of value and quantity.
Supervise, manage and motivate Field Officers (FO) effectively to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
Ensure 100% product availability and route wise minimum 80% outlet coverage.
Implement the merchandising activities by the Field Officer to ensure product visibility in the market places
Manage financial discipline in terms of cash collection, credit control.
Monitor distributors’ stock as well as investment and ensure timely payment from distributors to company.
Source potential distributors to appoint against the vacant distribution as well as for the future requirements.
Provide on job training to the Field Officers for improving their professional selling skills and product knowledge.
Develop future sales leaders through proper training, counselling and guidelines.
Monitor the competitors’ activities (trade offer, different program, price, etc.) and propose and assist the management accordingly.
Prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
