Responsibilities & Context

  • The candidate needs to identify sales opportunities and get in touch with prominent players in the market for Weighing Balances.
  • The candidate must be willing to Travel, Learn and Grow in the field of Pharmaceuticals, Academia, Soft line, Food Processing and in other markets.
  • The candidate must be experienced & certified to install Weighing Balances.
  • Generating Leads, Regular Meeting the Customers and Understanding the requirements of the customer is one of the key responsibilities of the person on the job.
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales leads.
  • Create sales leads with technical presentation at customer site for Weighing Balances.
  • Working with various stakeholders in the company to provide a feasible and acceptable solution to the client will be the responsibility of the candidate.
  • Closing the Order / Lead and converting it into an order and providing the correct information to the Principal (manufacturing team) will be a part of the candidate’s day-to-day work.
  • Supporting the customer at the time of installation or after sales will complete the whole sales cycle of the person.
  • Keeping himself informed of the upcoming projects and the deliverables will be a part of the candidate.
  • The candidate must have the ability to understand customers feedback & work on improvements by applying the correct strategies.
