Responsibilities & Context

• Analyze secondary sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for regional and national.
• Track KPIs including sales volume, market coverage and sales representatives productivity.
• Act as the key liaison between the sales team and IT support for the secondary sales automation app.
• Provide first-level support to users for issues related to the app.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal IT.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the system; conduct regular audits and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and training of new users on the app.
