• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Banks, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 32 years

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and customer interactions. ·
• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to promote software products.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the product team to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and product presentations.
