Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years

Need to have a Two-wheeler (Motor Bike).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in poultry, livestock medicine.
Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Responsibilities & Context

Develop Sales & Marketing Strategies: Design and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Provide proactive and responsive customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met with accurate and timely information.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients virtually or during in-person sales visits to present and demonstrate products, addressing any questions or concerns.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress towards monthly and annual targets
.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong, long-term client relationships.
Target Achievement: Consistently work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies are relevant and competitive.
