Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor booking queues to ensure timely ticket issuance and confirmations.
- Input and update passenger details, itinerary changes, and special requests accurately in the GDS.
- Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and availability.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about visa requirements, travel restrictions, and destination information.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot GDS-related issues to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Handle group bookings, special events, and corporate travel arrangements efficiently.
- Provide emergency travel assistance and manage disruptions professionally.
