Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Cumilla EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order placement.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and scheduling.
- Monitor stock levels and provide updates on product availability.
- Follow up on payments and assist with collections.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
