Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market;
  • Identifying the property needs of potential clients, establishing enduring client relationships, and successfully finalizing property sales by addressing client requirements;
  • Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints;
  • Presenting properties to clients in a compelling and informative manner;
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential property informations within designated target areas;
  • Regularly update the buyer about New Property information, Price Change and current Market Trends;
  • Engaging in negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships and facilitate the acquisition of real estate assets based on the company’s value propositions;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and property details in the company’s CRM system;
  • Driving property sales to generate revenue for the company, ensuring financial growth and profitability;
  • Meeting monthly and annual sales targets set by the company;
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to address any concerns and maintain ongoing client relationships.
