Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorbike models
- Provide detailed information on product features and benefits
- Conduct test rides and explain safety protocols
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest models and industry trends
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and activities.
