Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
  • Analysis of the sales report hourly, daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
  • To be an expert in Sales excellence principles across various channels.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (both business & IT) to align strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and resources.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of the Sales Excellence tool being used in PRAN.
  • Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Sales Excellence tools.
  • Manages requests and escalations and provides inputs as needed, etc.
