- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in filter sales or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of filter manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, EN 779, EN 1822).
- Hands-on experience with G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14 filters.
- Proven expertise in after-sales service and on-site testing.
- Strong understanding of customer handling and technical discussions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage international communication with overseas principals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel for customer visits and on-site testing.
Responsibilities & Context
- Drive sales of Air Filters (G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14), ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
- Possess complete knowledge of filter manufacturing standards, models, types, and categories.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including troubleshooting and technical support.
- Coordinate with overseas principals for product inquiries, orders, and technical updates.
- Conduct on-site filter testing and performance verification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in air filtration systems.
