Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on-site to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.

• Promote and sell a variety of motorcycle workshop services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.

• Build trust and foster long-term relationships with customers, creating a loyal clientele base.

• Generate organic leads from existing customers through referrals and positive word-of-mouth.

• Explain technical aspects of motorcycle maintenance and repair in layman’s terms, ensuring customers fully understand the services they are receiving.

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers, follow up on previous services, and identify opportunities for additional service.

• Visit corporate clients to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.

• Identify and pursue new corporate clients, present proposals, and secure contracts to expand our clientele.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
