Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, economics, business administration, or a relevant field of study from a Bengali national public university or foreign university whilst nor necessary will be highly regarded.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 42 years
  • At least five years’ experience working in technology-based business as a Sales Executive.
  • A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels, and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  • You will be able to develop and execute sales growth plans including sector programs and strategic account plans.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a strong commercial acumen, able to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Ability to foster a culture of performance within the Sales and Pre-Sales Teams aligned with a company’s strategy framework.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and in Bengali.
  • Experience working in a structured environment with detailed processes around sales planning and activity management.
  • Positive attitude, you will need to be persuasive, engaging, and able to develop and position a story.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and expand into high-value market sectors and exceed sales targets.
  • Protect and grow business with existing clients.
  • Accurate pipeline management, reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead an effective Sales Team and Pre-sales Team to execute sector sales plans and effective account plans for existing and new markets.
  • Generate quality proposal / tender documents.
  • Collaborate in defining new products and solutions extensions with Solutions Team and other key stakeholders.
  • Comply with our organization sales operational and governance requirements.
  • Represent the Company as one of our thought leaders at client engagements and strategic event platforms.
