Proven experience in sales and sales management in the Paints and Construction Chemical industry.
Should be able to drive motorbike
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Generate Sales and ensure collection against sales.
Prospect new clients via sales calls.
Prepare practical and effective Daily/Weekly plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Manage and enhance excellent business relations with different categories of customers.
Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
Regular client feedback, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction as desired and report to supervisor.
Predict clients’ demand and meet requirements within the optimum time frame.
Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Implement operational strategies to meet quality customer services.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
