About The Role:Become a Sales and Customer Service Tour Consultant at VICTOEY TRAVEL PTE. LTD., a travel agency in the Central Region. One of the most prestigious travel agencies operating from 1995.
This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for the travel industry and provide exceptional customer service. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for promoting travel packages, assisting customers with their travel planning and booking needs.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
-Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms-A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others plan their dream vacations-Proficiency in multiple languages, including English
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry.
-Commitment to working on alternate weekends.
