Responsibilities & Context
- Sales & Market Development: Help build the company’s sales and distribution network from scratch, onboarding distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop key markets for our pan masala products, ensuring widespread availability.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with retailers and distributors to secure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards aggressive sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to shape our sales strategy.
- Brand Awareness & Promotions: Assist in marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and promotional activities.
