Responsibilities & Context

• Establish and expand the sales and distribution network for our pan masala products

• Leverage existing contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the tobacco trade

• Identify new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets

• Educate and onboard retailers about the product, positioning, and sales techniques

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in real time

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns

• Prepare detailed market visit reports and provide insights for business improvement

• Ability to work in a new company and help establish the sales department.
