Responsibilities & Context

New Hope Agrotech Bangladesh ltd.- looking for some energetic, enthusiastic candidates for their feed items in the agro-based market. Candidates who have really good experience in the feed industry will get extra privileges.

  • Assist in solving the Market problem about poultry, animal, and feed products.

  • Communicate with farmers and dealers as well as help them on behalf of the company find the cause of poultry and animal disease and solve that cause by communicating with DVM

  • Provide technical support in response to inquiries and complaints involving animal and poultry products.

  • Train the dealers and farmers about animal poultry raising techniques.

  • Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze the market and survey its potentiality.

  • Select a potential dealer and open the best prospective one.

  • Increase production efficiency and reduce any losses and accidents.

  • Ensure dealer development in different respective territories through providing information and the product Characteristics, other relevant information.

  • Visit NH farm and another farm & New farmer open, dealer visit.

  • Fill up a target which will be given by Boss.Report submitted to Boss Daily or Monthly.

  • Presentation preparing about sales report.

  • Organizing sales visits and presenting products.

  • Establishing a new business and maintaining accurate records.

  • Negotiating contracts and packages and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

  • Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity.Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.

  • Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales.

  • Achieve sales within budgeted cost.Be accountable for all customer credit and accounts.

  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.

  • Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery.

  • Acreage, market size, and share, and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share.

  • Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationships
