- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Able to communicate with prospective dealers, Farmers and customers to increase sales.
- Sound knowledge of Poultry, Cattel and Aqua business Development and Marketing tools and process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Feed Marketing.
- Computer literate.
- Must have ‘CAN DO’ Aptitude.
- Honesty, Sincerity and Integrity towards company and himself.
