Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the following products:
- MDF Board,
- MDF Lamination Board,
- Plywood Board
- Wood Tex
- Particle Board
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and approach new potential customers and markets.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for market positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit to the management team.
- Sell products to customers on a target basis and ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
