Additional Requirements

To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and be responsible for product placement.
To ensure the achievement of monthly planned sales targets by maintaining long-term relationships with retailers, stores, dealers, and distributors.
To maintain and ensure a strong retail footprint and ensure proper product positioning.
To ensure a good relationship with dealers, distributors, stores, and retailers.
To ensure adequate order management of every dealer and retailer space.
To ensure proper invoicing and collect the sold amount, as well as, deposit on time to HQ.To submit total sales and total deposit reports to Finance & Sales on a monthly basis.
To ensure optimum stock management through monitoring in a timely manner.
To ensure good teamwork for achieving the various targets.
To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and POS campaigns to boost sales and product visibility.
To ensure that the Revenue targets of the Area/Territory are met and support the sales executives/ Managers to implement sales plans and help to achieve the same.Collect regular market insights and information on the products, competition, pricing, quality, distribution and dealer networks, etc., and report to the supervisor periodically.
