Education
- B.Sc. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in medical equipment sales and servicing will be considered an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and field service.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
- Promote and sell medical equipment, diagnostic machines, reagents, rapid test kits, and surgical items.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot medical equipment.
- Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and technical support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical issues.
- Prepare sales and service reports as required by management.
