Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in esports, tech, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the esports/gaming ecosystem in Bangladesh.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for esports and gaming is a plus!

Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing partnerships with sponsors, brands, and gaming stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Discovery One’s esports events and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and gaming industry developments to identify business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
