Responsibilities & Context

• Take responsibility for academic supervision and management of the respective section
• Assist the Principal in identification of staffing needs and guide HR, interview, checking and feedback of selection exams and appointment process
• Coordinate and where possible conduct the program for professional development for all teaching staff and admin
• Assist the Principal on the promotion and development of the school
• Take full responsibility of preparing, managing, conducting exam and preparing results of students
• Liaise with parents for academic and nonacademic matters
• Take a visible role as school leader in all events and national and international competitions
