Responsibilities & Context

Ø The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in defense, with proven leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment. In this role, the Security Supervisor will oversee the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets, while upholding the highest standards of protocol and safety.

Ø Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards.

Ø Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure the utmost safety and security.

Ø Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols in the factory to ensure security alertness.

Ø Control all kinds of visitors, and vehicles, check and search.

Ø Maintain different registers related to security, guests, etc., and prepare reports accordingly.

Ø Monitor the access control process to restrict trespassing.

Ø Ensure the necessary protocol for all in due diligence.

Ø Assist in developing security policies and procedures and implementing them accurately.

Ø Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.

Ø Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Ø Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
