Retired Army Officers or candidates having minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in Private Security Agency, are eligible to apply.
Physically well fit.
Willingness to work in the company for long period.
Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensures safety & security system of the entire Factory and Office.
Maintain Officers, Staffs, and workers Daily attendance (In-Out and OT).
Checked all vehicle in-out from Factory Gate and Keep record of all Gate Pass & challan.
Develops security management system to maintain safe work environment.
Takes preventive action in respect of safety & security aspect as deemed necessary for the organization.
Prepares duty roster of entire security staff & ensure their 24 hours duty.
Leads, supervise & monitor the security personnel for ensuring zero incident/theft.
Promptly respond on all emergencies if arises and keep liaison with police, RAB and other Govt. Security Agencies.
Performs periodical audit on Project and Office security, safety & fire safety to find out hazards/improvement area, take the corrective and preventive action accordingly.
Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.
Report for any unwanted incident immediately to the authority.
Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
