Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Professional degree in accounting. Any additional training or certificates related to VAT and Tax will be advantageous.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, Manufacturing (FMCG), Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies

- Age at most 42 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Preparation of financial documents, including Balance Sheets, Books of Accounts, and P&L Statements
- Reconciliation and updating of General Ledger Accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheets- Reviewing cash entries made by team members to identify any discrepancies
- Providing accurate documentation and necessary information to support the Internal Auditor
- Researching state laws and updating procedures/documentation as necessary
- Knowledge of Import & Export processes of the Customs Department of Bangladesh
- Understanding of VAT, Tax, and Bangladeshi Labor Law
