- Must be expert in issue, reissues, exchanges, void, revoid.
- Must be practical experice and knowledge about group ticket (manpower,hajj/umrah)
- Knoweledge of bsp link/account.
- Stay upto date on airlines schedules, routes, fares, and fare rules.
- Upto date about new iata polices and immigrations rules.
- Train junior reservation agents on gds.
