Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA part 2 Qualified
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience in Xero will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of excel and G-suits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with various departments within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of TAX and VAT is required
- Basic understanding of IAS and IFRS
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for Petty cash management.
- Recording Vendor bills in the Xero.
- Responsible for fund disbursement such as payroll, Vendor payment.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare Monthly TDS and VDS schedule.
- Update and reconcile all the tax and vat ledgers and maintain all necessary Tax documents properly.
- Perform Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Provide documents to external parties, such as bank, tax authorities, etc.
- Point of contract for the finance department.
- Assist Manager in preparing the financial statement.
- Maintain relevant financial registers.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Perform Ad hoc activities assigned by the line Manager.

Accounting and Finance
Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)
Google Sheets
IAS and IFRS
Knowledge of using Xero
Microsoft Excell
VAT and Tax
