Additional Requirements

8-15 years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 8 years in a senior role in the RMG industry. Additional experience will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, LC management, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities:

Export-Import Management:
- Manage all commercial activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), export documentation, and import clearances.
- Ensure smooth shipment processes and timely delivery of goods to buyers.
- Coordinate with banks, customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
Buyer Coordination:
- Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance).
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with buyers and suppliers.
Strategic Commercial Operations:
- Monitor production schedules, lead times, and shipment timelines to meet buyer requirements.
- Manage cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement.
- Analyze commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all export-import documentation complies with legal and buyer standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on commercial operations, shipments, and risks.
