Additional Requirements

Providing information to students and their guardians regarding universities in Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, and NZ.
Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university’s international office/admission office.
Assessing university applications and supporting documents, including Statement-of-Purpose (SOP), to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.
Monitoring the existing and potential students regularly and communicating over the phone or via email.
Attend all kinds of phone calls from the hotline.
Conducting responsibility given by the authority and the office administration.
Lead Call enquires who registered/attended our Events.
Assess Inquiries / Applications for Academic background.
Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-up.
Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability.
Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
File processing.
Regular reporting.
