Responsibilities & Context
Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networking equipment, printers, and scanners.
Maintaining and updating computer systems, servers, network equipment, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to users, including resolving hardware and software issues.Editing photos using software.
Ensuring all the systems are regularly updated with the latest software and security updates.
Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement.
Assisting with network connectivity issues and ensuring the stability of the network.
Any other IT related task assigned by the management.
