Job Context

For our regular Accounts & Finance activities, we are looking for the best professional who bears learning attitudes, is self-motivated and properly experienced in the sector to join our team to make more louder NOIZE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Incumbent must be skilled in cloud accounting like QuickBooks, ZohoBooks etc & should have sound skill & efficiency in Excel.
  • To maintain daily accounting records by following accounting procedures.
  • Preparing Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financial statements in proper format that should be ready to submit to top management & government authority if needed.
  • Preparing TDS, VDS challan & submitting to authorized banks within stipulated time.
  • Submitting monthly Tax & Vat statement to respective Tax & Vat Zone as per prescribed format of NBR.
  • Must have skill on local Vat, Tax practices & maintaining good relationship with respective tax/Vat zone.
  • Handling annual financial audit & submission of Tax file in respective tax zone.
  • Working pro-actively to avoid any financial penalty/charges to company that may generate from failure of Legal documents Failure like trade license/ bida permission as well as late submission of Vat/Tax etc.
  • Maintaining payroll & keeping proper record of staffs.
  • Should have proper knowledge of Market expense to verify the invoice/voucher from vendors & to prevent fraudulent transaction.
  • Maintaining proper filing of Expense/Earnings docs to to present during annual audit.
  • Should have knowledge on legal procedures about how a foreign office operates in Bangladesh & maintain good link with concerned authority.
  • Any other works as assigned by management.
