Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • Prepare all kind of SOPs such as Access control, Emergency Preparedness, Pest Control, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Medical, PPE, Accident, Training, Cleaning & Sanitation etc. if requited.
  • Employees Appraisal Note. Various Contractor, Supplier, Medical Hospital, Labor Agreement etc.
  • Administrative all Notice Execute & monitor HR & administrative policies as per corporate policies & guidelines for facilitating the desired HR changes & the process of improvement including recruitment, orientation, transfer and termination of employees.

LICENSES & COMPLIANCE AUDIT ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Looking after overall Legal & Compliance Audit. Oversee update, renewal and maintenance of all legal and statutory documents/License or Certificate as per government rules & regulation within stipulated time:
  • Liaise with government regulatory bodies, local management.
  • Preparation documents as per requirement of International & Multinational vendor audit.
  • Maintain connection with local and international Auditors/Vendors.
  • All compliance Procedure, SOP, Program, Policies, Flow chart make sure as per requirement of audit.

ADMINISTRATION & LEGAL FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Attendance & Leave Management- ERP
  • Ensure the punch by figure on ERP & E ID number.
  • Duty roster timely posting in ERP, Everyday posting the leave on ERP,
  • Everyday prepare attendance/absent report & send to the HOD –HR&A
  • Register & Personal File Management:
  • Prepare all Register (Attendance, OT, Night bill, Leave, Labor law required etc. Log book)
  • Personal File update, Prepare personal file, Update HRIS
  • Local problem control (inside and outside). Liaise with government regulatory bodies:
  • Close contact with: Police Station, Union Porishad, Industrial Police , UNO Office, DC Office, Fire Service, Local Hospital etc.
  • Control local people/threat.
  • Accommodation & Housekeeping
  • Follow up the Cleaning Chick list & Ensure Factory surrounding Cleaning.
  • Entertainment to all foreigner (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks etc

SECURITY MANAGEMENT AND HEALTH SAFETY MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor all health and environment compliance issues are maintained in factory premises as per company standards and ensure all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are used by the employees without fail
  • Ensure all vehicle safety parameters are maintained properly at workshop and by the drivers so that zero accident cases is achieved in overall transport operations
  • Arrange periodical training and counseling sessions on safety guidelines covering product & vehicle safety procedure, traffic laws and company laws to increase awareness of drivers
  • Protection of the company’s assets, employees and information against thefts and other subversive activities by checking routine inspection and monitoring.
  • Maintaining proper records of delivery records of refined sugar through software and manually, so that no sugar goes out of the factory through gate.
  • Maintain proper records of returned rejected sugar by the clients with proper counting and taking records of weight.
  • Maintain proper and relevant documents of raw sugar receive and also to participate during surveying of vessels with the raw sugar receiving team.
  • Keep proper records of returnable and non-returnable goods before going out of the gate and also check that returnable goods enter into the factory within the reasonable time.
  • Collection and analysis of both internal and external intelligence information which directly or indirectly affects our business/operations so that countermeasures can be taken in advance.
  • Implementation of safety precautions such as wearing of safety gear, non smoking in hazardous areas.
  • Everyday checking all register & taking necessary steps if required.
  • Checking and recording of inward and outward movement of materials.
  • Documentation of inward and out ward movement of vehicles/trucks with goods or sugar.
  • To keep all the fire fighting equipment, clean, ready for operation all time. And also maintaining validity and refilling records of extinguishers.
  • Conduct Health & Safety Meeting in due time & distribute the minutes in concern dept.
  • Fire Fighting, First Aid & rescue Program,Drill program & record

TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT

  • Plan, direct and manage the transport and logistics operations within the factory to provide effective transportation services and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Keep record /history of accidents
  • Submit regular and comprehensive monthly report, license/Certificates registration, safety & security of transport management system.
  • Daily vehicle Tracking service maintain & monitoring under GPS service
  • Manage & maintain Fuel Mileage, Kilometer wise & update logbook and fuel bill entry.
  • Daily, weekly & monthly report prepare & submit.
  • Follow up Work Schedule/Duty Chart/Log book for all. Drivers/Helper
  • Ensure & prepare all kind of bill such as driver, helper daily allowance, toll of bridge etc.
  • All vehicles delivery & maintenance consumption report have to send everyday to the management.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management. Administrative all activities etc.
