Responsibilities & Context
Sales Responsibility:

Achieving individual sales target with full sales team target & product team target.

Require strong leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.

Required practical experience Real Estate Industries.

Must have practical experience on Team Management.

Achieve monthly sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.

Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.

Individual sales target with team sales target.

Selling available products of the organization.

Understand property paper.

Respond to sales inquiry.

Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
-
Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.

Achieving target given by the management.

Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
-
Deal with prospective clients.
-
Maintaining clients’ database, maintain sales & others reports.
-
Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.

Develop and execute regional sales plan.

Organize & participate in sales related events.

Ability to do Team Work.

Presenting company product and services to the clients.

Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.

Right attitudes for promoting company’s product and brand image.

Any other duty assigned by the management.

Provide the leads to the executive after following up if owner/seller/buyer are interested to sell/buy his/her apartments & Lands & monitor it.

Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.

Update daily & monthly report of their activities.

Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
Product Responsibility:

Required practical experience on Real Estate industries.

Property Hunting (Apartment/Land) for the organization.

Respond to property inquiry.

Property Visit & Negotiation with seller & ready product.

Property picture collect, shoot video, preserve property data.
-
Complete MOU with seller & create deed of agreements.
-
Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.

Achieving target given by the management.

Deal with prospective seller.

Maintaining clients’ database, maintain sales & others reports.

Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly product report.

Achieve property data collection target to ensure profitability of the organization.
