Responsibilities & Context
- Must needs to have proper knowledge of power solution, specially DC power segment, AC power segment etc.
- Identifying and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Responsible for placing UPS power Solutions in Corporate and channel business area.
- Assist & Support the Team Head in Setting the Overall Sales Targets.
- Assist salespersons in preparation of proposals and presentations for project. Also, attend in Customer meetings with salespersons and other team members.
- Give proper direction & drive to the sales department (Corporate+Channel) in order to achieve desired goal established in the Company’s strategic plan.
- Responsible to conduct one-to-one tender meeting and achieve the goal.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with corporate and SI partners.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Achieve Sales given Targets on a quarterly basis.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending product knowledge sharing program.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, handling objection, and closing the sale. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and also provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Salespersons and also for own tasks. And also prepare a standard business policy and strategy for the company and its ultimate implementation and follow up.
- Responsible for competitor brand analysis for own brand betterment.
- Carryout any other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader/Management.
