Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years

Additional Requirements

  • Solid knowledge in solar products, renewable energy concepts, and solar project sales.
  • Experience to work in sales or business development within the solar or renewable energy sector, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of solar installations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Find and reach out to potential clients for rooftop solar projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing customized solar solutions.
  • Present and explain solar products and services to clients effectively.
  • Work with different teams to create and deliver persuasive project proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and solar technologies to inform clients.
  • Visit sites, collect relevant data, and evaluate the feasibility of solar installations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
  • Assist to develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
