Languages: Proficiency in English and local languages (e.g., Bengali, if based in Bangladesh) is often required.

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the bakery division.
Oversee the daily operations of the bakery production, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Lead teams in production, distribution, and sales, providing guidance and support.
Identify new business opportunities and markets within the bakery sector.
Build relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, clients, and partners.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and distributors.
Ensure the consistent quality of bakery products, meeting industry standards and customer expectations.
Oversee the development of new products, from concept to market introduction, ensuring innovation.
Manage and enforce food safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor and manage the production processes, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.
Supervise the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and efficient distribution.
Implement best practices in bakery production, utilizing modern equipment and technologies.
