Additional Requirements

3-4 Years’ proven work experience in the Core Brand Team in a reputed organization. Candidate from FMCG (food lndustry) will get preference.
Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Good negotiation skill.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
Strong analytical ability.
Data Analytical, Customer Trend Analysis, Market research, Business Knowledg
Biased to action, Team Player, Attention to detail.
Should have good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Power Point
High level of professional integrity.

Generating data, inputs and plans for brand management, executions of the same;
Execute activities to communicate the business value proposition to customers;
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, promotional collateral & point-of-sale displays;
Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and provide recommendations for improvement;
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry partners, to build brand advocacy;
Facilitate the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Vendor coordination and execution
Exploring new product opportunities
Providing inputs to brand management
Monitoring Marketing budget
