Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Senior Executive/Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and rental transactions for both commercial and residential properties while implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients for property sales and leasing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct site visits, property showings, and negotiations to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties through digital and traditional channels.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to generate leads.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials.
- Organize open houses, property expos, and networking events to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide professional guidance to clients regarding property investment and leasing opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain a database of clients and properties, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and assist in legal documentation related to property transactions.
Reporting & Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
- Recommend improvements based on market feedback and customer insights.
