Responsibilities & Context

  • Process recruitment, i.e., prepare and publish vacancy announcements, process applications, fix schedules for interview, conduct reference check and further arrange for staff placement and organize staff orientation.
  • Prepare offer letter/appointment letter.
  • Generate official letters regarding HR issues.
  • Manage the complete payroll operation.
  • Arranging different employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare employee’s monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement.
  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, disbursement process & reporting.
  • Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, recruitment, Legal affairs procurement etc.
  • Process monthly employee payroll on time.
  • Monitor overall office discipline level for smooth execution of day-to-day work as per company policy. Monitor overall office administrative matters, i.e. logistic support, customer support, office cleanliness etc.
  • Handling employee related issues and grievances in a transparent and impartial manner, as and when required. Any other tasks assigned by management
