Responsibilities & Context
- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

- Network: Maintain troubleshoot, repair, and manage local area networks (LAN).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests.
- Remote Assistance: Provide remote support to users working in different locations.
