Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the resort’s goals, focusing on maximizing occupancy rates, bringing corporate events and increasing average daily rates (ADR).
Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote the resort’s unique offerings. This includes digital marketing, social media, PR, content creation, and traditional advertising.
Maintain and enhance the resort’s brand image by ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions, aiming to improve customer retention and drive sales growth.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Use insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
Work closely with the operations, food and beverage, and events teams to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the resort’s overall business strategy.
Monitor sales and marketing performance, preparing regular reports for senior management. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
