Job Context:

Job Responsibility:

• Making MIS Reports of collated data
• Designing and running the Management Information System.
• Maintaining all dealer information including commissions.
• Design MIS systems, data collection, data analysis and reports.
• Prepare and submit product wise daily production and stock reports.
• Prepare and submit agent, sales officer, area and region wise monthly sales target and achievement update report. Prepare and submit agent profitability, daily sales and collection prediction reports.
• Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports
• Delivery order collection and T.T confirmation
• Ensuring the precision of the reports Preparing Delivery Files
• Extensive work on Excel
• Work closely with sales and distributor.
• Any other task assigned by management.
