Requirements
Education
Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education.
Masters degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline such as Political Science, Law, Journalism/ Communications, International Relations, Economics, Public Administration OR an acceptable combination* of education, training and work experience in the field relevant to the position.
Experience
- At least 8 years

A total of 8 years or more is considered an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
Language:
- Advanced fluency in English (oral and written)
- Advanced fluency in Bangla (oral and written)
Experience:
- Significant* recent** experience in network development, relationship management, partnership building and engagement with non-governmental organizations, governmental actors, public institutions, private sector entities and/or multilateral institutions.
- Significant* recent** experience working in areas related to human rights, gender equality and women’s empowerment, peace and security, or good governance.
- Experience performing research and analysis and drafting reports, briefs or strategic communication materials (speeches, briefs, key messages).
- Experience in project management, event planning or logistics coordination.
- * Significant means a minimum of 4 years.
- ** Recent refers to experience acquired in the past 7 years.
