Responsibilities & Context

As a remote Senior Java Developer, your role will be dynamic and collaborative.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and shipping new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Writing clean, efficient, and testable code that meets industry best practices. Analyzing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure stability.
• Ensuring code quality and compliance with design specifications. Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to improve development standards. Staying updated on technology trends and best practices in Java development.
• Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

  Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Java development.Technical Expertise:Java & J2EE – Strong expertise in enterprise application development.Spring Boot Framework – Proficiency in microservices architecture.NoSQL Databases – Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, etc.Agile Development – Understanding of Agile methodologies.

  Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication & collaboration skills for remote work.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
