Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current production process of Kiln and recommend it for improvements area.

• Plan workflow and Schedules for Kiln department.

• Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to run kiln department smoothly.

• Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

• Follow the production Schedule with quality and quantity.

• Setting parameter for Kiln department machinery for better quality.

• Trouble shooting and solving the final product.

• Provide technical support to the maintenance team to ensure maximum efficiency of the machinery.

• Modification work for better productivity of the machinery.

• Communicate with the foreign technician regarding various problems of machinery.

• Experience in erection and commissioning work for new machinery.

• Breakdown maintenance of Kiln and Kiln feeding area.

• Quality analysis of final product.

• Resolve intra & inter-departmental issues and transmit unresolved issues to Head of Production promptly.

• Any other task assigned by higher management.
