Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Training Institutes, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 34 years

Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

Energetic, proactive, emotional intelligence and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

The applicant must have at least 4 year working experience in the managerial position.

Responsibilities & Context

Design & deliver training as required by individual units and corporate;

Support and develop the factories training & development needs;

Create and execute learning strategies and programs for employee engagement;

Monitor the training and learning activities of factories as well organize & run effectively and continuously add up based on organization and business needs;

Ensure that all training & learning functions are effectively evaluated and feedbacks are effectively used to improve the quality of the programs;

Ensure appraisal training completion are provided efficiently;

Lead the peer mentoring programs to ensure health awareness and mental well-being;

Ensure the quality standards of the training, learning and development activities are maintained properly;

Ensure proper training and development need analysis;

Lead Succession Development by following the strategic need of the business;

Develop opportunities for other key members of the business to grow at their best;

Build learning and coaching culture throughout the organization;

Develop own team to efficiently meet the organization need;

Monitor and measure the training effectiveness and ensure preparation of training & learning budget as per plan;

Ensure Training & Learning Dashboard monthly and and report on training & learning activities as required.
