Candidate should have hands-on experience on local fashion house production & sales operation.

Will lead the production operation and sales activities that ensured business growth through excellent service, and ensure cost-effective services that are innovative and responsive according to the requirements of stakeholders.
Strategizing, production management, product innovation & renovation, resources management, project work, supply chain/logistics/distribution networking and people development to ensure smooth operations that aligned annual business plans and meet the sales targets.
Controlling costs, managing budgets, and optimizing showroom profitability.
Develop effective sales processes, including order management, inventory tracking, and customer service procedures.
Monitor the outlet manager in managing overall showroom operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize retail sales performance
Maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and availability of products and raw material.
