Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Masters

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
• Preferred: BBA/MBA with a concentration in Marketing or Management from a recognized university.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role within a reputable organization.
• Prior experience in marketing within a large importing and supply company will be considered an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening
• Effective organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business opportunities
• Identify and analyze market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Prepare and execute monthly market visit plans, and identify untapped market opportunities
• Proactively undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business goals
